PMU Aftercare

Day 1 – Day 7 (Healing Phase)

For the first day - absorb excess fluid. For the first few hours after your PMU appointment, gently blot the treated area with a baby wipe or cooled boiled water & cotton pad to absorb excess lymph fluid. Do this until oozing has stopped. Removing this fluid prevents buildup and scabbing.

1. Keep brows dry

  • Do not get your brows wet (no showers directly on the face, no swimming, no steam).

  • Avoid excessive sweating.

2. Clean gently (morning & night)

  • Wash your hands thoroughly.

  • Lightly dampen a cotton pad with cooled boiled water.

  • Gently wipe the brows to remove any lymph build-up.

  • Pat dry with a clean tissue — do not rub.

3. Apply ointment (morning & night)

  • After cleaning, apply a grain-of-rice amount of the recommended ointment.

  • Use a clean cotton bud.

  • Apply morning and night only.

  • Brows should look lightly moisturised, not greasy.

4. Do not touch or pick

  • Do not scratch, rub, or pick the brows.

  • Let flakes fall off naturally.
