Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both you and my business, ensure fairness, and maintain a high-quality service for all clients.

Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • Deposits are non-transferable within 48 hours of your appointment. If you cancel or request to reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit. Your deposit will then be carried over to your new booking.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full service being charged and may lead to being refused future bookings.

Patch Tests

  • A patch test is mandatory for all new clients and must be booked and completed at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your appointment.

  • Patch tests must be booked online. It is your responsibility to ensure this is done in time.

  • If you arrive for your appointment without having had a patch test as required, the treatment will be refused and your deposit will be lost.

  • Returning clients who have had a change in medical history or have not had the treatment in 6 months or more may also be required to repeat a patch test.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to carry out the full service or may need to cancel the appointment entirely. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited.

Health & Safety

  • Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness. If you are sick, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit.

  • Certain health conditions and medications may affect your eligibility for treatments. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information during your consultation and on your client form.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe the treatment is not suitable for you or could pose a health risk.

Results & Aftercare

  • Results vary based on individual skin types, hair growth cycles, lifestyle, and aftercare. No guarantees can be made regarding longevity or outcome of treatments.

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure the best results and reduce the risk of complications. I am not responsible for issues arising due to failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

Client Conduct

  • Abuse, rudeness, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

  • Please arrive alone to your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made (e.g., for medical or accessibility reasons).

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
